Zambia is a landlocked country. It is situated in the south central Africa on a high plateau. The name of the country is derived from the Zambezi River. On the west with Angola the country Zambia has a long land border. From its neighbours it is divided by the Zambezi River to the south. The other neighbours include Malawi to the east, Mozambique to the southeast, and Tanzania to the northeast.
