Arkansas is a state in the south of America, surrounded by Tennessee and Mississippi. Its capital is Little Rock. Weather conditions are quite harsh. The Arkansas River divides the province from west to east. Most of the rivers were built on dams. The most important of these is the Bull Shoals and Norfolk dams.
